SALES SPECIALIST GENERALIST

This position is responsible for promoting & selling Residential & Commercial Overhead Door™ products & services to homeowners, home builders & industrial consumers. The scope of responsibilities of this position includes responding to prospect phone inquiries, providing job estimates (service, re-models, and installations), verifying required materials for orders, promoting additional features and accessories as appropriate, and generally representing the company to potential and existing residential customers. A qualified candidate for this position will be professional, assertive, ethical, honest, well organized, and detail oriented.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Excellent written and oral communication
• Basic mathmatical, financial, & computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in door opening systems
• Ability to manage and appropriately prioritize several tasks and objectives concurrently
• Ability to handle confrontational or problematic situations with tact, sensitivity, and a calm demeanour
