Overhead Door Company understands your need to have safe, secure, and working doors and can provide an effective maintenance program tailored specifically to your needs. Our P.M. team will help you select a maintenance schedule that best suits your business requirements.
When you sign up for the Overhead Door Serv-Plus program, you will benefit from PRIORITY SCHEDULING! We will prioritize service for all emergencies. If you have cables off, a broken spring or have driven through your door, we have you covered. We will respond quickly and work day or night to ensure your door is operational, or at least safe and secure until completed.
We will set you up on our Service Planner, and preschedule and plan upcoming dates when it is time for your maintenance inspection, a scheduler will call you and confirm the time to do your preventative maintenance 3 days prior. This removes the need for you to remember to book your maintenance and will free up your time to continue to proceed with your normal day-to-day business!
We have a long history – in fact C.G. Johnson invented the first upward opening door in 1921 and Overhead Door was born. Followed by the first electric opener in 1928! Overhead Door Company has the experience and longevity to efficiently correct your garage door problems!
We simplify the process by having all your info on file with Safedoor PM. Safedoor program maintains a complete file on your garage doors, entry doors & mechanical dock levelers. This will allow us to provide prompt, efficient, emergency service when required. Knowing the type of product & sizes you have and where it is located allows us to respond faster in emergency situations!
You will have a detailed map indicating the location(s) of your doors and identifying them by number. This will simplify communications when requesting repair services. We will supply you with a detailed report of need repairs or compliance for your files so you can plan and maintain a safe and operable work environment.
