One of the spring coils broke suddenly Tuesday morning. I called Overhead Doors Co. for emergency service and their super efficient technician, Jay Osborn, came the same day just before lunch. He couldn’t replace my broken coil as it was a special high service type which had to come from their head office in Lethbridge. But Jay put in a temporary clamp so the broken coil could still be used and the garage door operated. Since both coils were over 20 years old, two replacement coils were ordered and they came on the Thursday and Jay installed them by noon. Great service from Overhead Door Co., a company I use and trust for the past 30 years!
