I sold my mom’s house and the sales contract indicated that a garage door opener was included. I explained that the garage door probably had not been opened in 20 years and I was pretty sure I would not be able to find the garage door opener. Unfortunately the garage door opener was left in the contract. A few days before possession which happened to be on a long weekend the new owners were requesting a garage door opener. I took a picture of the garage door opener which happened to be an original from Overhead Door. The picture was sent to the Service Manager – Patrick Belisle. Based on the picture he said I would need a new transmitter/receiver and to call him on Tuesday (after the holiday Monday). I phoned him on Tuesday and within 1/2 hour a nice young man – Wade – appeared and set up a new garage door opener and greased all the squeaky parts. This was absolute great service as they came right away realizing that possession date was the next day. I was very thankful for the great and prompt service and the very reasonable price considering the urgency of the matter. I would highly recommend Overhead Door.
